Agenda & Minutes

1) Minutes: Approve minutes from January 15th Board Meeting

2) San Francisco Study Center Donation Page Update: Aaron will update the board on his
February 11th discussion with the Study Center regarding our donation page and their
ideas we can pursue to increase donations.

3) Update from meeting with legislative aid for District 9: Aaron had a meeting with Feng
Han the legislative aid for Jackie Fielder and Aaron will make a report back to the board.

4) Update from conversations with Sharaya Souza the Executive Director of the American
Indian Cultural District: Aaron started a series of conversations with Sharaya Souza and
will report back to the board.

5) Update from conversations with Bart’s Government & Community Relations
department: Aaron will report back to the board on his recent conversation with Bart’s
Government & Community relations staff.

6) Introduction of community letter drafted by Barbara Dwyer: Review proposed letter to
accompany to help increase community involvement in MDNA.

7) New MDNA Newsletter: Aaron will introduce second draft of new MDNA e-newsletter.

8) Discuss proposal to add landscaping and art to medians on Dolores Street: Aaron will
update board on conversations to potentially add art and landscaping to the medians.

9) Discuss SFPD’s addition of security cameras to the 16th street Bart Station.
