1) Minutes: Vote for approval

2) Special Recognition and Celebration of the new Chula-Abbey and Alert Alley Historic Districts: After engaging the community and board members in 2005 to recognize the Mission Dolores neighborhood as one of the oldest historic neighborhoods in the city, Mayor Lurie signed ordinances 251100 & 251101 creating the Alert Alley and Chula-Abbey Early Residential Historic Districts on February 13, 2026. Please help us celebrate Peter Scottt Lewis’s dedication to the district and accomplishment.

3) Pilar LaValley, with the San Francisco Planning Department will share thoughts about the possibility and steps needed to create the 16th and Valencia Street Post Fire Historic District. After working tirelessly with Rafael Mandelman’s office to create the Alert Alley and Chula- Abbey Historic Districts, Pilar will discuss the steps needed to designate other portions of our neighborhood as historic districts.
